Power Transformer

high-performance oil-immersed power transformers

Power Transformer

5MVA to 1000MVA

We manufacture high-performance oil-immersed power transformers engineered for reliable voltage regulation, high thermal efficiency, and long service life—ideal for transmission networks and heavy industrial applications up to 200 MVA.

Step-Up Transformer

A Step-Up Transformer is an electrical device that increases voltage from a lower level on the primary side to a higher level on the secondary side. It is mainly used in power plants to elevate generator voltage to transmission levels for long-distance power transfer.

Step-Down Transformer

A Step-Down Transformer is an electrical device that reduces high voltage from the primary side to a lower voltage on the secondary side. It is mainly used in power distribution systems to supply safe, usable voltage levels to residential, commercial, and industrial loads.

Auto Transformer

An Auto Transformer is a type of transformer that uses a single winding for both the primary and secondary sides. Unlike a two-winding transformer, it shares part of the same coil for voltage transformation, making it more compact, efficient, and economical.

OLTC Transformer

An OLTC Transformer (On-Load Tap Changer Transformer) is a voltage-regulating power transformer that allows adjustment of its output voltage while under load—without interrupting the power supply. This is essential in systems where voltage stability is critical.

Generator Transformer

A Generator Transformer connects the electrical output of a generator to the high-voltage transmission network. It steps up the medium voltage generated (e.g. 11–25 kV) to higher voltages (e.g. 132–765 kV) suitable for transmission over long distances.

Furnace Transformer

A Furnace Transformer is a specially designed power transformer used to supply electrical energy to industrial furnaces, like electric arc furnaces (EAF), induction furnaces, and other high-current heating equipment.
